WRITING WORKSHOPS

Have you always had a desire to write but not been sure where to start?

Perhaps you feel you have a story to share and you’d like to write your own memoir?

Maybe you already find regular journaling a beneficial tool and would like to go a little further.

My free-flow, expressive writing workshops are a wonderful opportunity to put pen to paper and see where it leads.  Aimed at individuals, groups, employees.

No experience necessary.

From early morning, ‘Power Hour’ journaling sessions to workshops aimed at those who’ve been affected by cancer, I offer a safe and supportive space where everyone shares the same goal – to keep the hand moving, silence the inner critic and write!

Expressive Writing – An Introduction. Using simple prompts and exercises I’ll show you how surprisingly easy it is to dig deep and tap into your inner writer. Optional sharing time included.

Writing Through Cancer.  A safe and supportive writing space for those affected by cancer, loved ones welcome.

Lunchtime Power Hour. A 60-minute session to break up the day and connect with your creative brain. You’ll be amazed by how much you’ll have written over the course of your lunch break!

Workshops are currently held over Zoom but please do get in touch if you a specific idea for the kind of session you or your colleagues would enjoy.
